Monthly Networking with Digital Rochester
Our signature monthly Networking parties are what got us started. Generally held on the first Tuesday of the month (barring conflicts with holidays), these events have continually drawn hundreds of tech people to a freewheeling mix of conversation, information exchange and fun (did we forget to mention free High Falls beer and pizza ?) Held at hot spots all around Rochester, these events offer sponsors the opportunity to greatly enhance brand and business presence awareness while meeting and greeting 100-200 potential clients, partners and employees. Many of our sponsors have chosen to set up interactive demonstrations, hand out info and otherwise join in the fun.

Knowledge Upgrade Series
Our Knowledge Upgrade Series events offer Sponsor Partners the opportunity to support high level tech educational events in a presentation/panel discussion format. These events are free but registration is required. The audience for these events are sophisticated tech professionals seeking to upgrade their knowledge of breakthrough technologies and IT business issues. Your presence as a Sponsor positions your company as a valued resource to the technology community. Knowledge Upgrade sponsors receive display space at the events and acknowledgement in all event-related communication with our member list, including links to your web sites.

Rising Stars Series
Rising Stars are entrepreneurial leaders who've made their mark in the Rochester region. Sponsors for this series have the opportunity to celebrate risk takers who've succeeded in moving the community forward, commercializing new technologies, developing jobs, building the reputation of our region and serving as role models for entrepreneurs to come. Two entrepreneurs share their experiences and the Q&A that follows is always lively. These events are free but registration is required. The audience for these events are early stage business owners, research professionals and sophisticated tech professionals seeking to learn from the experiences of their successful predecessors. Your presence as a Sponsor positions your company as a valued resource to the entrepreneurial community. Rising Stars sponsors receive visibility at the events and acknowledgement in all event-related communication with our member list, including links to your web sites.

Entrepreneurs & Angels
Entrepreneurs & Angels (E&A) is our twice yearly event targeted at the promotion and growth of start-up businesses in the Greater Rochester Area. Recognizing that early access to capital is critical to creating a fertile entrepreneurial environment, DR partners with the event sponsors to create high visibility and extraordinary connections for exciting young companies from all across western New York. Starting with a call for business plans, E&A culminates in a fast-paced public presentation of 4-6 innovative business plans. The audience is composed of seed stage investors (angels), venture capitalists, bankers and others interested in investing in new technology opportunities.

Career Fair
When innovation and opportunity tap into a highly skilled and productive workforce, the greater Rochester region is at its best! Your sponsorship drives an event that is designed to match area professionals with the opportunities that will boost the economic potential of our region. Previous events have each attracted 40-50 companies and 500-800 experienced professionals exploring new career alternatives!

Integrated Circuits
Digital Rochester hosts quarterly invitation-only events for CEOs of local technology-based companies. We've enjoyed great local restaurants, site visits, inspiring speakers and a sunset sail on the Wild Hearts catamaran! If you want to meet the decision makers one-on-one, you want to sponsor this event!

If your target customers are the folks with the budgets for IT spending, you'll want to sponsor an Integrated Circuits event with our IT Directors/Managers group! This tech-talk, peer networking series brings together the people who build and maintain the technology infrastructure for our region's SMBs.

The DR Hot Links Tournament
After five years of high tech golf featuring GPS equipped carts with automatic networked wireless scoring systems out at Ravenwood Golf Club, DR has put this event on hiatus for a year. Check back with us in 2008!
