We're planning another day of great golf, excellent food and exciting prizes at Ravenwood, the most high-tech course in town - and site of the 2003 NYS Amateur Championship! To register, please complete the form below. Indicate whether you are signing up as an individual or as part of a foursome. If part of a foursome, each individual golfer must register, providing the foursome name. Please use the Notes field for any special needs or to list planned playing partners.

After submitting your registration, here's what will happen:
1) You'll get a confirmation email.
2) If you're not part of a prepaid foursome, we'll send you an invoice for the amount due.
3) Any updates or changes will be sent to you via email.
