From Rochester, take 490 eastbound. Take Exit #28, the Route 96 mall exit, and turn left, heading south on route 96 as if you are going to Eastview Mall. Instead, turn right at the first traffic light into Willowbrook Office Park. Follow the roadway all the way to the top; PAETEC's HQ is the very last building.
